Shop Policy

Fulfillment Policy- All made-to-order jewelry will be fulfilled within the timeframe specified in the shop listing. If it will be delayed beyond that period, customers will be notified. All studio released jewelry will be shipped within a week of purchase. You will receive a fulfillment email once you make a purchase, and the tracking information once the shipping label is created.

Refund/Return policy- There will be no returns for completed customs or personalized made-to-order jewelry, as these are one-of-a-kind pieces. All discounted jewelry sales are final. This jewelry is made to last, but it is not indestructible. Refunds for jewelry released in my shop updates will only be issued for reasonable damages related to the construction and must be returned before a refund is issued. Customers may opt to have the jewelry repaired if possible. Do not return damaged jewelry before contacting me.

Delivery Policy- Refunds will not be issued for any lost or damaged mail unless insurance for was purchased for the product. If an item is damaged from shipping, the recipient must file an insurance claim within 15 days to receive a refund. Pictures of the jewelry and packaging will expedite this process. Tracking will be provided for all orders once fulfilled. Mail will be delivered using USPS. If a package is lost in the mail a signature on affidavit from the recipient and a USPS lost mail search request must be initiated before the claim can be processed.

Customs Cancellation- Half of the cost of the price for the finished jewelry will be due up front as a deposit. The cancellation of a custom is possible only before the custom is completed and the deposit will not be refunded.
